Joe’s remarkable and short story begins as all good stories do: with a small band of Bulgarian puppeteers who had found the orphaned boy in an Addidas duffel bag on the muddy shores of the Kamchia river.
Trained in the arcane art of puppeteering, Joe decided that the life of a poor, pneumonia-stricken puppet manipulator wasn’t for him and moved to the states to pursue the life of a poor, pneumonia-stricken record producer.
